BrandMaker is built in a way that all modules can be handled intuitively and thus for users the familiarization with the platform is very easy. In order to prevent initial reservations towards BrandMaker, we offer basic training for the central marketing employees.

During our basic training the following skills are trained:

• Introduction into the optimization of daily business with BrandMaker.
• Dealing with the user interface.
• Basics of the modules available.
• Customer-specific tips and tricks for practical use.
• Opportunity to ask questions and to deal with your employees' own practical examples.

For the professional training of local units such as retailers, sales partners or franchises, we offer specific train-the-trainer sessions. During these sessions, a multiplier effect is created by teaching these persons to work BrandMaker. They, in turn, pass on their skills to the marketing employees at local units.
