Company X is planning an extensive advertising campaign. Agency Y therefore creates 10 different advertisements which are used for the central marketing campaign. For their local sales partners, the agency creates further 30 different ad variants. To support that the ad is used and placed as often as possible by the local partners, the placement of the ad is subsidized with co-op payments.
To assure a handling that is as easy as possible, the head office is working with the Web-to-Print module by BrandMaker. The agency places the draft for the ad inside the BrandMaker module Print Media. When creating the draft, the agency defines the images that belong to the respective ad and identifies moreover the areas which can be adjusted by the local sales partners.
The head office is now able to organize and book their own ad using the module Media Booking that is linked to the Print Media Management. Furthermore, they have the possibility to control directly whether, and if so, when the ads were booked out.
The local sales partners create their individual and personalised ads, too: for this puspose, they enter their individual text in the provided areas and the system automatically completes the ad with the respective local unit's contact information. For booking and controlling, they use the module Media Booking. During the whole process, a CI-conform implementation of the ads is assured. Due to the booking via BrandMaker, it is guaranteed that the sales partner sticks to the guidelines to receive co-op payment. This can be credited to the sales partner via the application's SAP interface.
With the aid of BrandMaker's statistics, the headquarters compare the market research data and this way can for example evaluate in which regions the ads were especially effective.
