Company X wants to reduce the time needed for briefings on the part of the employees. The management demands a comprehensive documentation about the creative development process. At the same time, the Lead Agency Y of the company wants to assure qualitatively constant briefings, no matter by whom of the marketing department they are organized.

For the briefings, Company X uses the module Job Manager by BrandMaker. The marketing employee responsible for the briefing creates a new pitch in BrandMaker and therein selects the agencies which are to be considered for the new cammpaign. Her decision is facilitated by agency reveiws created by her colleagues about earlier works delivered by the agencies.

Subsequently, she compses the briefing. It consists of standard components, such as “Corporate Information” and “Product Group Information”. Further elements such as “Project Organisation” and “Milestones” or “Budget Restrictions” can be added individually to the briefing by the employee. Then, she uploads the respective briefing documents into the system.

The completed briefing is afterwards automatically made available to the selected agencies. Questions on the part of the agency concerning the briefing can be asked directly via BrandMaker just as the employees of company X can answer to them via tool.

The transmission of concepts and the respective reply is handled by the employee within the system, too. Thereby, without any additional effort, she can make sure the coordination and communication process is documented in BrandMaker.
