He later on receives a pdf-file with all the relevant background data. Meanwhile the colleagues, plan the materials and furniture as well as exhibits and reserve them via BrandMaker from the stock. Moreover, they assign the roles and duties during the show in the service plan provided by BrandMaker set up the detailed event program, in which they can enlist the registered special customers. An appropriate catering may also be reserved in the tool. The responsible employee controls her colleagues' planning and gives approvals after review.
The invitation mailings for customers and special trade show flyers are created with the help of the module Media Management. Customer contact form and sweepstake cards can be directly configured and ordered in the module Event Manager.
The ticket management is also handled within the Event Manager module. Suggestions for press releases and texts are submitted to the BrandMaker system, so that an easy and stringent creation of texts for the press and trade show materials can be guaranteed.
To assure an overview of all current activities, the employee continuously controls the automatically generated checklist within the Event Manager. The checklist itself is completed by the organisation team. Also, a PDF-report can be printed to take along to the trade show that includes all relevant data.
