Since Schenker Deutschland AG introduced its Marketing Toolbox based on BrandMaker's Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solution, tricky rounds of approvals between the local offices, central Marketing, and external service providers are a thing of the past.
The Marketing Toolbox is composed of two MRM components:
BrandMaker Media Pool: round-the-clock access to all marketing-relevant documents and image files
BrandMaker Web-to-Print: adaptation of standard brochures to the local market based on corporate design-compliant templates
Today, the Media Pool functions as a central database for the approximately 4000 media objects, whose quality and timeliness are assured one hundred percent. Thanks to Web-to-Print, the individualization of a document requires only the participation of the office in question and Marketing. The offices adapt the 120 CD-compliant layout templates currently approved by Marketing themselves; these are then approved by Marketing and sent to press – without graphics skills. The result is significant cost and time savings in media creation. Additional savings are achieved thanks to the multiple use of existing templates.
