Automatic import of market research data

Standard interface for data upload from market research sources.

  • Using a standard interface, the results and data from leading market research institutions can be directly fed into BrandMaker.
  • This allows an optimal use of the market research data obtained as well as a simple and clear navigation through the data as well data archiving.

Archiving and download

All imported data are avialable in the archive.   

  • All in BrandMaker imported market research data are archived in chronological order.
  • If required, originals can be downloaded anytime.

Integration of other sources

Optional import of performance data from other systems, such as sales and revenue figures from an ERP system.

  • Optionally, BrandMaker can also be connected to other systems to import performance data, such as revenue or new client information.
  • This generates a comprehensive picture of the company’s brand and market success.

Brand goals and target-performance analyses

Illustration of company-specific brand goals and comparison with current performance.

  • The Brand Management centrally enters the goals for the brand into BrandMaker as well as all target values.
  • BrandMaker automatically processes the imported data in accordance with the goals and generates a target-performance analysis.
  • Clear presentation of the results on the Brand Scorecard with a traffic light system as an indicator for the need to take action.

Individual options for structuring and presenting data

Presentation of data by company divisions, segments and brand dimensions or customized methods.

  • Based on the individual company’s definitions, the Brand Management system generates a customized illustration of the brand’s parameters.
  • Optionally, we also can customize the data presentation to the Brand Management methods used within the company, i.e. the icon or GfK iceberg models.

Export of key figures

Graphic assessments and reports can be exported for professional presentations.

  • Export of diagrams and graphs for usage in presentations.
  • Configuration of reports and analyses for the purposes of answering specific questions.

Multi-brand capability

Optionally, more than one company brand can be integrated.

  • It is possible to view the success of an individual brand, as well as a performance comparison of several brands.

Fine-granular right and role concept for optimal cooperation on a team.

  • Individually-configurable rights and roles ensure that users can see and change only the data to which they are entitled.
  • The incorporation of external partners (e.g. market research companies for data entry or agencies for joint development of strategies) is therefore possible.

Web-based and easy to integrate

BrandMaker Brand Management is completely Web-based and can be connected to third-party systems.

  • BrandMaker Brand Management is completely Web-based and requires no local installation of software on the user's computer.
  • Use requires only an Internet connection and a browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Open interfaces allow the integration of existing third-party system or additional BrandMaker modules.
