The Media Pool is the Media Asset Management system by BrandMaker supporting you in managing and providing digital and multi-media content like images, graphics, audio and video files or also MS Office and PDF documents. You can even manage Adobe® InDesign® or QuarkXPress® files in the Media Pool. If you inte- grate both modules, you thereby gain access via the CI Portal interface to the Media Pool and all media objects contained therein. This also makes access avail- able to all corresponding functions in the Media Pool, like for instance search, data preview without prior downloading of the media, format conversion or image cropping. Distinguishing between media that is accessible via the CI Portal to all employees and media that is only intended for the marketing department, is made possible in the Media Pool. Thanks to the integration you not only offer information for proper use of the corporate design but also the correct and CI-conform media.

Web-to-Print

Target group specific print media at a mouse click. 

The Web-to-Print module makes it possible for you to individualize print media and get it into print ready condition without the use of layout software. The module's advantages come to full play when you have non-centralized units and want to transmit printed media to your local partners which they should use customized to their region and their persons. Linking both modules enables to individualize print templates for business cards, door plaques, recommendation cards and other business equipment essentials directly from within the CI Portal. To ensure that your CI remains untouched and not watered down during the individualization you define in the forefront areas of a print media which can be individualized. In case of a business card this is for instance the content area only, the logo may neither be changed in position nor in size.

Shop Module

Ordering and management of business equipment and marketing materials.

The Shop Module provides all functions for processing order and delivery components related to marketing collateral logistics. This central shop for marketing collateral provides consumable articles such as give-aways for ordering and the products are also flagged according to their availability. Additionally you have the possibility to integrate your suppliers – whether for the maintenance of product data or for order processing. If you expand your CI Portal by the Shop Module, you can provide all employees CI-compliant advertising material such as ball pens or keychains and thus strengthen brand awareness in other departments. Furthermore, the Shop Module is especially ideal in order to supply external partners as for example dealer, franchisees or subsidiaries with advertising media. Integrate in this case also the Web-to-Print module and your partners will not only be able to submit an order but to customize the corresponding advertising material to their local circumstances.
