2 – Entry into the CI Portal: the agency enters the CI guidelines, templates and samples into the CI Portal.
3 – Approval of content: the central marketing department carries out the review and approval of content within the CI Portal and can independently modify content as well.
4 – CI information: employees of central and decentralized units obtain information on CI guidelines and their application from the CI Portal.
5 - Offline export: BrandMaker makes it possible to export guidelines as a CI manual, for example onto a CD or as a printed handbook.
