The BrandMaker Review Manager complements the Job Manager as an interactive poll tool. With this solution you are able to document comments or amendments in production jobs seamlessly and with provision for clear traceability. Markup and commenting functions enable you to insert comments and desired corrections directly in the document, regardless of file type (DTP files, pictures or documents). Additionally, you or the responsible associate will receive an automatic e-mail notification when new versions, the need for revisions or updates become available. You can follow the progression of the document up to its current status via a comment trail and take any previous notes into consideration for your reviews.

The Media Pool is the Media Asset Management system by BrandMaker facilitating effective management of your media objects (pictures, graphics, audio files, videos, PDF and MS Office documents, Adobe® InDesign® and QuarkXPress® files). If you integrate both modules, all forms of media that is entered in the Job Manager for discussion will be entered into the Media Pool automatically right after having been released. This seamless way of linking allows you a uniform versioning and trans- parent filing of all media objects. On the other hand, you are able to link your jobs with relevant media objects from the Media Pool, like for instance images that are to be included or reference documents.

The Marketing Planner supports you in your comprehensive yearly planning, budgeting, controlling and success evaluations of your marketing activities and campaigns. Hereby you get an overview of all your activities including their corres- ponding budgets. If the Job Manager is linked with the Marketing Planner, you can pre-schedule in the Marketing Planner upcoming jobs for campaigns or individual actions. At the beginning of the project, the new job will be transferred from the Marketing Planner directly into the Job Manager and the corresponding job folder generated automatically. Job budgets can be planned and managed via the budgeting functions of the Marketing Planner and entered, as well as any related cost tracked.
