The Review Manager complemets the BrandMaker Job Manager as an interactive poll tool for a consistent documentation of comments or amendments in production workflows.

Preview function

You can preview uploaded documents of a job in Review Manager. Not only PDF files, but also InDesign®- and QuarkXPress®- and Microsoft Office documents, as well as image files.

Comments

The user can add change notices and comments directly in the document. 
By clicking the mouse, “sticky notes” are added and edited.

Marker icons

Transparency of the existing comments is ensured by the appropriate markings. In addition to balloons showing a comment, there are special markers available to mark critical points, questions, or special notes separately.

Thread function

Other users can add their comments to existing comments. This creates a comment history, which is carried transparently in BrandMaker.

Completely web-based tool used by

To use the functions of Review Manager no local software installation is required. Thus, it can be accessed and used by all process participants inside and outside of the company.

Zoom function

The zoom function allows the user to enlarge image and text excerpts for 
detailed review.

Search function

Text search allows you to find specific passages within a document in the shortest possible time.

Forwarding and tracking reviews

Upon completion of the review, the document, including comments, can be re-transmitted via BrandMaker to the creator who can see the feedback left by others when hovering the mouse over the ‘comment tool tips’ and can make changes.
