  • By implementing user-specific roles and associated rights, each user is granted exactly the type of access which he/she requires for his/her work.
  • In this way, suppliers are able to edit product information, central marketing can approve products, and employees and local units can order products.

Offer packages, order lists and watch lists

Combine products and media into packages.

  • Optimum campaign management by creating offer packages and order lists.
  • The user sees a display of recommended or suitable items and media for selection.
  • In line with campaigns, non-central units can be offered differently sized campaign packages, e.g. Small-Medium-Large.
  • Users can add items which have been pre-selected to their individual watch list.

Customizing advertising materials

Connection of the Shop with BrandMaker Web-to-Print for individualized advertising materials and media.

  • Following the selection of media and items, users can access the Web-to-Print process directly from the shopping cart, and customize them prior to ordering.
  • In the event that advertising materials are to be customized as part of direct marketing campaigns, an interface to direct marketing or CRM system can be implemented.

Approval processes

Optional approvals prior to the send-out of orders and requests.

  • Alternatively, processes designed to approve orders before they are transmitted to suppliers can also be implemented.
  • For example, it is possible to define budget limits which are used by the system to automatically activate the approval process.

Product evaluation

Submit opinions on ordered articles and used templates.

  • For the purpose of optimizing offered advertising materials and the service provider pool, it is also possible to evaluate products.
  • Users who have ordered certain media or items can subsequently submit an evaluation of the same and make their experience accessible to others.

Re-usable Products

In addition to regular articles, the Shop supports the management and ordering of products for re-use, such as those used at trade fairs.

  • Users have the option of ordering the required items such as trade fair equipment (booth, furnishings, exhibits) through the Shop.
  • Reservation of objects for the required rental period.
  • Recording of inventory withdrawals of general use items and re-booking into inventory when they are returned.

Order history

Orders and deliveries are transparent and can be traced.

  • At the user level, users can view their own order history.
  • This creates transparency for users as to what has been ordered in the past, and also facilitates future ordering processes.

Statistics

Central aggregation and overview of products and orders

  • All order processes are registered in the BrandMaker Shop and can be retrieved as statistics.
  • For example, this information can be used to allow the central marketing department to see the response generated by campaigns at the local partner level, whether fluctuations in order frequency have occurred, or whether there are especially active non-central units.

Supplier management

Manage suppliers and their data in the BrandMaker Shop Module.

  • The BrandMaker Shop enables central management of different advertising material suppliers.
  • They can add their articles and information on availability to the Shop on their own.
  • To ensure an optimum ordering process, BrandMaker offers a BMEcat interface to transfer the order information to the supplier.

ERP integration

Integration of the Shop and an existing ERP system.

  • Alternatively, we can also connect the BrandMaker Shop to the company's internal ERP system.
  • This makes permits to transfer orders directly from BrandMaker to ERP software for further internal processing, for example accounting.
