The Media Pool makes a significant contribution to effective management and provision of digital and multi-media contents such as images, MS Office documents or InDesign® and QuarkXPress® files. If you integrate the BrandMaker Media Asset Management system with the Marketing Planner, you will be able to link media objects with the corresponding activities already during the planning stage of a campaign. This enables users not only to have insight into the planning data but also to access designated media directly from marketing planning.
Project management, workflow management and order management.
The Job Manager is the central module for order management, project management and workflow management. The integration of the Marketing Planner with the Job Manager facilitates the efficient and transparent implementation of planned and scheduled marketing measures, regardless if the orders are company internal or awarded externally to service providers. Thus, tenders can be auto- matically called via the Job Manager from within the Marketing Planner already during the planning phase and added to the budget planning. Once production orders have been scheduled, you can move from the planning directly to the Job Manager and run the particular order. The order will then be electronically captured - from the time of briefing all the way to creation and approval and documented according to your established standards. This way, in the end of your planning, you also have the completed orders available for immediate access at a central location in the Marketing Planner.
Documentation of reviews for quick, transparent and easy processes of coordination.
If you additionally integrate the module Review Manager to the combination of the Marketing Planner and the Job Manager, you will be able to create seamless docu- mentation of reviews and evaluations of productions orders like media creation or promotional jobs. Marker and comment functions enable you to enter comments and correction requests directly in the document. Additionally, in case of new versions, need of review or revisions, the corresponding responsible persons receive an automatic e-mail notification. The respective stakeholder can follow the progression of the document up to its current status via a comment trail and take any previous remarks into consideration for his review.
Target group specific print media at a mouse click.
The Web-to-Print module makes it possible for you to customize print media and get it into print-ready condition without the use of layout software. The module's ad- vantages come to full play especially when you own decentralized units, providing them print media to be adapted to their region and person by themselves. If you integrate the Web-to-Print with the Marketing Planner, you can provide your de- centralized partners print templates, available in InDesign® or QuarkXPress®, for the planned measures. Decentralized units are then able to take the print templates in order to directly adapt those to their local needs and circumstances and use them immediately - this may be for printing or to pass on to a publisher.
