To ensure that the filed meta data corresponds with customer-specific requirements for media management and archiving, it is possible to expand the meta data fields with additional information.

The standard version of the BrandMaker Media Pool can be used for a variety of file suffixes. They can also be supplemented by the customer.

Intuitive media access with Smart Access: The Media Pool offers the facility to classify content on several levels, by topics, such as type of materials, product segments or company segments, and to make these accessible through an intuitive user view.

This means that, in addition to the Media Pool search, the user navigates through the topics, and is able to access content needed for a particular situation.

Using a DTP extension by connecting to the Adobe® InDesign® or QuarkXPress® server, the Media Pool allows for automatic format conversion: source files in InDesign®- or QuarkXPress® formats are converted into required target formats such as image files or PDFs at the push of a button.

This enables users whose computers do not have a DTP program installed to easily and quickly download the required files.

The BrandMaker Media Pool is the central contact point for all internal and external media users as well as other systems such as ERP and workflow systems, Print-on-demand systems, product information systems, content management systems, shop systems and, of course, Web-to-Print systems too. To this end, BrandMaker offers extensive services for system integration.

Of course the Media Pool is connected to other BrandMaker modules by default, such as BrandMaker Web-to-Print, Shop Module or Job Manager.
