Central source for all media objects

Used as central image database, the Media Pool manages all image formats and also documents, PDF files and multimedia contents.

Management of all image file formats, audio and video files, PDF and Adobe® InDesign® and QuarkXPress® documents as well as MS Office files, e.g. PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
Media objects can be made available in the Media Pool for a variety of different internal and external user groups.

Comprehensive search criteria and customer-specific filing structures allow you to quickly find the required media.

Detailed searches allow you to limit search results in accordance with a broad range of criteria, such as key words, file size, image and document formats, approval requirements etc.
Your company determines the structure according to which the media objects will be filed. For example, a "folder structure" assists in targeted navigation and locating topic- or area-specific material.
The customer's administrator can set up and configure the structure of contents.

In addition to individual imports, it is also possible to include complete folders, indices and CDs/DVDs at once in the form of a mass import.

Viewing content of documents before downloading.

The media preview function allows users to view the content of documents without prior download.
It is possible to view content regardless of the original file format, meaning Adobe® InDesign® documents can be viewed in the same way as PDF or PowerPoint files.
Users can even scroll through documents with multiple pages.
Similarly, it is possible to watch videos or listen to audio files.
