Media Pool

Layout, design and media management.

The Media Pool is the Media Asset Management system by BrandMaker. The solution supports marketing departments in the administration and provision of digital and multi-media content such as images, graphics, audio and video files or PDF documents.

As all modules, also the Media Pool can be seamlessly integrated to the BrandMaker PIM. The integration allows in the scope of the product information management the direct mapping of product-related images. For the later multi-channel publishing, on the other hand, product images are provided for further promotional usage without any media interruption.

The integration ensures a central, consistent versioning and transparent storage of all media objects. This way, all new created and approved media can be located in the BrandMaker PIM.

Web-to-Print

Target group specific print media at a mouse click.

The module Web-to-Print is primarily directed at decentralized units (e.g. retailer branches or franchises) enabling those to adapt centrally given print media to their local conditions without the usage of layout software.

The linking of the modules Web-to-Print with PIM gives sales partners not only the possibility to independently individualize advertising materials but also be able to promote new product introductions or modifications with minimum effort. For this purpose, distribution partner chooses an advertising medium such as e.g. adverti-sement, decides for the product advertized by placing it in the ad by drag & drop and BrandMaker PIM delivers in the background product master data with the corresponding campaign texts as well as the predetermined image material.
The sales partner is as liberty to promote a single product or within the framework of a multipage ad multiple regional and/or seasonal product variants.

A significant advantage here is not only the quick realization, as required product data are completely and intelligently linked, but also the brand-adequate implementation via CI-compliant provided advertising materials with corresponding product groups.

Job Manager

Project management, workflow management and order management.

The Job Manager is the central module for order management, project management and workflow management. Standardized workflows and seamless documentation support marketing executives in media production, promotion or market research jobs. The add-on “Review Manager” complements the Job Manager by an interactive poll tool.

In combination with the BrandMaker PIM, production jobs such as e.g. photo shooting can be carried out at a single point and comprehensible for all parties involved. Discovers a product manager e.g. during the product data capture that the planned product image is not complying with the seasonal campaign and has consequently to be created again, he is able to initiate the order directly from the BrandMaker PIM. Automated workflows define at the same time which station a job has to pass in order to assign the desired result to a product.

The integration shortens the processing times and optimizes the collaboration in team as the strict separation between product data management and production jobs with transparent placing of orders enables clear focusing on the corresponding core competencies.
