BrandMaker Brand Management is the central module for the control of your brands. This solution combines market research data with figures from strategy, sales, and operative marketing and provides you with all relevant information about the brand status in the form of a digital Brand Scorecard.

If you integrate Brand Management with the Reporting Center, you have all relevant data available at a glance on a single platform so that you can, in addition to the existing reports, compile individual reports easily using drag & drop. If you connect the Marketing Planner to both of these modules, then your strategic and operative figures flow automatically into the Reporting Center - so that you can enjoy a holistic view of your marketing.

Marketing Planner

Holistic annual planning, budgeting, control, and evaluation of campaigns.

Marketing Planner provides you with extensive support for the annual planning, budgeting, control, and evaluation of your campaigns and marketing activities. You therefore have an overview of all of your operative measures including the budget. Especially advantageous is that you can freely define the required key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to measure the success of communication tailored to your company.

So that the figures generated by the Marketing Planner are also available in the Reporting Center and are considered in the holistic observations, BrandMaker offers a seamless integration of both modules. Using the interface, all ROI data and campaign information is transferred automatically into the Reporting Center and is thus available there for additional analyses.

Media Pool

Manage layout, drafts and media.  

The Media Pool is BrandMaker's media asset management system (MAM). This development assists you with the management and provision of digital and multimedia content such as images, graphics, audio, and video files, and also PDF documents. Your users can thus access those media objects that you have approved, that are up-to-date, and are absolutely quality-assured. Your users also profit from a multitude of additional functions such as the media preview and the fully-automated file conversion according to the output channel.

Like all modules, the Media Pool can also be incorporated seamlessly into the Reporting Center. In the course of reporting, the integration allows not just the immediate evaluation of the media assets and the usage activity of the Media Pool, but also the CI-compliant preparation of reports for presentations, for example.

Web-to-Print

The Web-to-Print module allows you and your local units to individualize and then prepare print media so that they are print-ready without using layout software. Thanks to automated and template-based print media production, you enjoy not only drastic savings potential, but the resulting print advertising is also 100% CI-compliant and provided in the required print quality. In particular, if you have local sales partners, BrandMaker Web-to-Print is an ideal tool for you.

Thanks to the coupling of the Web-to-Print and Reporting Center modules, you can see at a glance which print media are adapted how often and in which media they are used. Analysis views allow you to make direct comparisons, for example of different sales territories. This way, you can detect successes and determine the need for action with a mouse-click.

Job Manager

Project, workflow, and order management

The Job Manager is the central module for order management, project and workflow management. With its standardized workflows and seamless documentation, it helps you with media production, promotion, and market research jobs. With the "Review Manager" add-on, the Job Manager becomes an interactive matching tool. Thus, you can capture comments and notes directly in the document.

In combination with the Reporting Center, jobs of all types can be evaluated in a central location. A decisive advantage is that you have ongoing insight into what is going on, which allows you to make evaluations not just after completing a project, but at any time during the production process.
