1 – Creating the mailing: the agency creates the individual components of the mailing and confirms them with the central marketing department.

2 – Uploading the mailing components using BrandMaker: the agency or central marketing department uploads the mailing templates using BrandMaker.

3 – Document approval by the head office: the central marketing department approves the mailing for use by local partners (dealers, franchise owners, branch offices, etc.).

4 – Customizing and personalizing the mailing: the marketing staff of local partners create their own mailings. For example, they customize the advertised product selection. Recipient data are simply imported into BrandMaker and the mailings are personalized automatically.

5 – Preview: BrandMaker automatically creates a preview of the finished mailing.

6 – Delivery and/or transmission to letter shop/service provider: After all components are finished, the mailing is either sent directly to recipients (for email mailings) or sent to a service provider for production and distribution (for print mailings).
