1 – Creating the print template: the agency creates a document in collaboration with the central marketing department.

2 – Uploading the template: the agency uploads and configures the document using BrandMaker. The agency establishes the areas that may be subsequently modified by staff and determines how the document will behave when modified.

3 – Template approval: the central marketing department checks the document and approves it for use.

4 – Customizing of content: marketing and local staff, such as dealers, local offices and branches all use BrandMaker to individualize the document using the dynamic content functionalities of Web-to-Print.

5 - Preview: BrandMaker automatically creates a preview (high-resolution and preview PDF or JPEG) of the individualized document.

6 – Delivery to recipient: BrandMaker is used to send the print-ready PDF to the printer or publisher for printing or booking.
