1 – Creating the online banner template: the agency creates a template in collaboration with the central marketing department.

2 – Uploading the template: the agency or a staff member uploads and configures the template using BrandMaker. The areas that may be subsequently modified by staff are established and it is determined how the document will behave when modified.

3 – Template approval: the central marketing department checks the template and approves it for use.

4 – Customizing the online banner: marketing and external staff, such as dealers, local offices and branches all use BrandMaker to customize the template and create their own, CI-conformant online banners.

5 - Preview: BrandMaker automatically creates a preview of the banner.

6 – Delivery to recipient: BrandMaker is used to send the finished banner to the online marketers for activation.
