The basis of our BrandMaker support service is the maintenance and/or support agreement between the customer and BrandMaker.

You can contact our Support Team during workdays from 8:00 to 18:00 CET/CEST.

To contact us, we would generally ask you to complete the form below to initiate a support ticket. Alternatively, you can reach us by telephone on +49 721 2012 519 11. Please provide your support requests in German or English only and please send us all of the relevant information.
