In 2009, the Karlsruhe University of Applied Science began to employ the BrandMaker Marketing Planner, among others for the education of their marketing students. Within the lecture “Competitive Intelligence Methods“, BrandMaker has now supported another project. The cooperation with BrandMaker enables graduate students of International Management, Sales and Business Administration Engineering, to put their theoretical knowledge in product value evaluation into practice. On the basis of the survey carried out with BrandMaker’s diverse key accounts, the students systematically analyzed quantitative and qualitative benefits experienced by customers from the utilization of different modules of the MRM solution suite BrandMaker. “Thanks to BrandMaker, our students were able to accomplish an authentic value analysis in a professional environment”, says Prof. Reinhold König from the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. “This was an important and ambitious lesson, which is going to help the students in their professional life”, says Prof. König. “Most companies still struggle with a systematical customer value evaluation of offered products.”
