What you can expect:

  • As part of a team, you will supervise the implementation projects of our marketing software for a defined circle of customers
  • Your main contacts will be from the marketing departments of our customers
  • From the analysis of the customer processes and their mapping in our software solution to the supervision of the implementation and customizing of our products, you will implement projects in our team based on our Best Practice implementation “Smart Launch”
  • You take part in customer workshops, take over the system configuration and ensure that the introduction of our software is a success for both the customer and us

This is what you’re offering for the job:

  • You already have first experiences in project management of software implementations and in consulting e.g. from the agency environment
  • Marketing processes in medium-sized and large companies are familiar to you or are an opportunity for you to grow
  • Even complex projects and multi-projects do not pose a hurdle for you and you solve them with sovereignty, strong communication skills and a committed appearance
  • You would like to work independently and self-responsibly and are enthusiastic about software systems of creative users?
  • Occasional trips (approx. 20%) don’t bother you and you speak fluent German and good enough English to communicate with your foreign speaking colleagues and international customers
