What You Need to Succeed:
- At least five years of professional and project experience, ideally in the marketing department of a large international company or on the side of a large agency or as Customer Success or Sales Manager of a SaaS company in a comparable environment
- A sound marketing expertise that enables you to provide our customers with comprehensive strategic advice
- You see yourself as a generalist with a high service orientation
- Pronounced empathy, with which you can easily build a successful and resilient relationship with your customers
- Standing and confidence to interact with the management level of demanding customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- You work goal- and solution-oriented and never lose sight of your KPI
- Experienced handling of MS-Office and ideally Salesforce
- You have a degree
- Business fluent in German and English
- Independent, pragmatic and customer-oriented approach
- You keep a cool head even in heated situations and are an excellent negotiator and moderator
- Technical understanding and IT affinity to understand our products and ideally already experience in the B2B SaaS environment
- A Can-Do mentality that enables you to motivate yourself and others
