What you can expect:

  • You, your team and other technical specialists assigned to you are providing first and second level support for our product suite used by customers in Europe and the USA
  • You guarantee a service level of the highest level that fully addresses the needs of our sophisticated customer base and fulfills them
  • You and your team are one of the most important interfaces to our enterprise customers and make an important contribution to their satisfaction
  • You support the success of BrandMaker by further developing a well-coordinated department
  • You have a high degree of freedom, especially in the implementation of strategic goals such as:
    • Further development of the first level support
    • Internationalization and introduction of a 24/7 support
    • Multi-channel support
    • Extension and deepening of the technical know-how within the team
    • Upgrading existing tools and systems
  • You and your team are the contact persons for teams from Customer Success Management, Product Management and Software Development
  • You expand the controlling and monitoring within your department and set impulses for the choice of new systems

This is what you’re offering for the job:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in the technical support of a software company (ideally Software-as-a-Service), of which at least three years have been in a management position
  • Experience in the key account environment for enterprise level cutomers
  • Successfully graduated in technical degree
  • Good knowledge of software
  • High level of responsibility combined with strong service commitment and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm
  • Hands-on mentality/li>
  • Structured approach to tasks
  • very good command of English, both in writing and in conversations
