This job awaits you:

  • Execution of the entire HR management together with your colleagues
  • Contact for employees and managers in all personnel management and labour law issues, including consulting for managers
  • Independent recruitment of specialists and managers, incl. active sourcing
  • Support for company pension products
  • Support of the insurance products as well as preparatory payroll accounting for the subsidiary in the US
  • Maintenance of the HR Management Tool

You bring this for the job:

  • At least 3 years of experience in holistic HR management from A-Z incl. recruiting of specialists and executives
  • Knowledge of labour and social security law issues
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products as well as a certain IT affinity
  • A hands-on mentality and the ability to set priorities
  • Humour, team spirit and pleasure in shaping HR processes
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
