About the Job:

 

  • As a central contact person, you will be responsible for the implementation projects of our marketing software for a defined group of national and international customers
  • Your contacts will mainly be from the marketing departments of our customers
  • From the analysis of customer processes and their mapping in our software solution, to the support of the implementation and customizing of our products, you will implement your projects based on our Best Practice Implementation “Smart Launch”
  • You will conduct coordination meetings and workshops and ensure that the introduction of our software is a success for both the customer and for us
  • You enjoy working closely with the client and do not shy away from negotiation. In critical situations (e.g. change requests) you are always looking for a joint solution and act prudently and goal-oriented.
  • You analyze and optimize marketing processes at the customer’s site
  • You will identify upselling opportunities to deliver not only what the customer has ordered, but what the customer really needs to get the most value out of BrandMaker
  • Your experience and your economic thinking and acting will help you in this.

 

 

What You Need to Succeed:

 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the management of software implementations and/or in business consulting, e.g. in the agency environment
  • You are familiar with marketing processes in medium and large companies and you know the challenges of change management in such organizations
  • Even complex projects and multi-projects are no obstacle for you and you solve them with sovereignty, strong communication skills and commitment
  • You bring both negotiating power and empathy
  • You want to work independently and are enthusiastic about software systems of creative users
  • You don’t mind occasional trips (approx. 25%) and you speak fluent German and English to exchange with your foreign language colleagues & international customers
